You cite the only potential for a lift in PPS is a dividend raise. That will eventually happen unless we have been lied to which is a possibility. However there are numerous other catalysts that will invitably happen to give SpyGlass their lifts. They include the participation of institutional investors as well as the fact that this equity will attract long term retail investors who are simply going to hold and those long positions combined will dry up the majority of the available float on the market. Your not going to entice longs to sell this stock for anything less than the amount they could use their cash with to buy another stock that pays a higher dividend and that boils down to a minimum of $3.50
