Relative Share Contributions in Merger
Relative Share Contributions in Merger Originally, the three way merger was to have the following share distributions:
1 share of Avenex for 1 share of Spyglass
1 share of Pace for 1.3 shares of Spyglass
1 share of Charger for 0.18 shares of Spyglass
How have those numbers changed since the original proposed merger?
I see that today Pace had a 13 for 10 split? Is this split the way of effecting the 1.3 for 1 Spyglass exchange, or is this split separate from and in addition to the Spyglass share transformation?
