It is not material.Insider buying is a much better guage to stock preformance.. Selling is done for many many reasons. Eg> option has to be excersized and no money to hold the stock Kids education & ...more

Hmm. 74% of cash flow from oil and gas, and 57% of that from natgas, and their awesome hedging program ran out at the end of the year. I've been long AVF for quite a while, but I now have a small short position. Good luck. Billfox

I think you may be better off shorting an overpriced oil / gas stock. Avenex will have higher oil production which will offset nat gas side. Most if not all their spending is on the oil side. Good luck to you :)

Their stated target with oil exploration is to bring their oil/gas ratio to even. Their Q4 numbers should still look ok; my concern begins with Q1 this year. Not that I'll be short long. I don't have the disposition for it. Good luck. Billfox
