The leaving exectives should leave all the money received form the merger in the new company for 2 years.

They  should   be  fired  for  being  incompetent  and  not  given  a  dime .  Let   them  take  legal   action  if  they  will  .  They  may  die  in  the  meantime  as  these  cases  can   run  on  forever  .
