Avenex is NOT what held the deal up, Pace was. This means that avenex board remains the same along with management and their "contracts". Meaning that when a new deal comes along the management will get the same payout as was the case with this deal.

If a new deal were to present itself, it would again have to be voted on. Maybe next time they will go about it in a more respectful manor, keeping shareholder intrests as high or higher than their own. That is if they are even in management positions next time. I understand you are a Pace shareholder and you also have great confidence in Buchanan's leadership. Although I respect your opinion,

The market is telling us, the AVF shareholders will be the bigest loosers of NO VOTE Big "thanks"to neyseyers No  co has, so many Suicidal  shareholders .Pretty soon we will be penny stock

You wrong I am new Joe ,just look my speling problems , you will notice the diffrent ,between me and him English is new language for me ,.I preffer penny stocks anyway ,Is just bad market there now .Hopefully by the time  we get status of penny stock ,this  penny market will rebound,then I will be at home  .Happen ,we are on same side
