I think we Avenex shareholders have just dodged a bullet. Pace is in trouble financially and it would now explain why Fred recently left. Guess who would be left holding the bag?  Joe454, I would really like your take on the ...more

Sorry folks, I am now so mad that I forgot to proof-read my last post. I am sure though that you got the gist of it. I do have a question for our management team though, what the heck were you thinking? Kherson

Kherson, As more information continues to surface about AVX management's attempted money grab, we see just how sleazy and underhanded they really are___ They have to be replaced ASAP...

Ouch..PCE debt  rising by the qtr. , CHX debt unweildly ! Why on earth would AVF's board even consider merging with these two sinking ships in the first place? AVF shareholders would have a better chance of survival  if they tied 2 anchors around their neck and jumped over board..Surely we can strike a better deal based on our clear balance

Keep in mind that they should have been fully aware of the true financial situation of both CHX and PCE before the merger announcement. To go and sell Elbow ...more

Their motivation was selfish greed for their severance payments, getting rid of them is not the answer, they should be investigated  and thrown in jail without severance.JMO

Your statement could'nt be any closer to the truth than it is___ These guys have to be at the bottom of the barrell...I could have expected gutter trash like them in a U.S. company but I had much, much higher expectations from a  Canadian company... You live and learn...
