I used to work for Provident and when we sold to midnight the ppl wheat with it. I have old coworkers in the meeting.

Guess now we will never know what the avf back up plan was,,, have no doubt that they had one in case this did not go through...and they  got their big packages...... thanks tris.... this is what they posted while pushing for the merger...in fact if you beleive that those were the only alternatives or plan it would not have left much to go on for a decision... but just as they did with pce by releasing their year end those were tatics to ensure the proper vote...
