RE: Strategic

Speaking of smart money, what do you think of Alderon's attempts to bring in a Chinese participant with financing and off-take agreement.

Morabito said in an interview with mining.com that once a Chinese deal is done, the so-called smart money will be quick to follow.

In the case of Consolidated Thompson though, the opposite happened - some (I allow) anxious and so-called smart money watched their market value drop considerably only to see WISCO enter with an advantageous financing and an off-take at a later date. The smart money did quite O.K. in the end but WISCO arguably did better.

This is why I wonder if a Chinese entity will either demand an advantageous deal if they are first movers on a large financing or will they wait and see what the "smart" money does as WISCO seemed to do in the Bloom Lake development.
