I don't think you are seeing a negative assessment of the deal at all.

 

A lot of uncertainty has been lifted.

 

There was no talk about adjustments to the IODEX price based on high manganese or excess fines in the material - only adjustments for marketing fees.

 

I think, although I'm not absolutely certain, that the IODEX mechanism makes allowances for such things as deleterious elements and excess fines in the con.

 

So its great that the project output has a price reference, but does this reveal everything about the Hebei-Alderon price agreement?
