All that you say is nice.

 

But as for smart money vetting a deal I refer investors to BAJ.TO.

 

Smart Korean and (smart?) quasi-govenment organizations threw a lot of money at the project which has now become a cost overrun mess!

Nothing is EVER a sure thing, unfortunately!
