It's weight recovery percentage - and I seem to remember they were pegging this at about 38% in the PEA.
So this metric has deteriorated somewhat?
So now it will take 2.86 tonnes of ore to make one tonne of concentrate.
Total rock moved per tonne of concentrate(assuming the 1.66 strip is valid (probably has someting to do with the drop referred to by sasktockman):
2.85 + (2.85 * 1.66) = 7.58 tonnes of rock (ore and waste) moved per tonne of concentrate.
So they're gonna move this much rock for $17??
