FWIW, The Labrador Iron Ore Income Corp stated in Q4 2012 that the Concentrate Expansion Project Phase 1 was turned over to operations in August, 2012 - so IOC nameplate now should be at 22 mtpa.
Like all other new start-ups we can expect some growing pains I suppose - it will likely take awhile to integrate the expanded capacity and boost production.
