Precious......thanks for elaborating. The outcome of a default will take awhile to unwind through the parties and counterparties to this transaction. Do we know HBIS evaporates? Altius share price already reflects the Kami Kalamity in my opinion.  ( I would say ever since Kami started falling apart (months....years ago....) Altius share price fell along with the prospects for Kami (perhaps as much as 30 -40%).  Also....Altius's out of pocket re Alderon has to be fairly small against what their 55,000,000 might have delivered. ie pretty good risk to reward for Altius).  I keep telling myself Kami has an economic prrmium product in the ground (unless it doesn't; there are questions).  Therefore only a matter of time before that product gets monetized in some way or another........If Sprott keeps this project alive then there may be reason to believe something can happen. Altius's business model only allows it to finance (win  or lose or breakeven) and collect royalties. Kami has to produce for that to happen)......I've said it before and I'll say it again: taking Alderon private is as possible any other outcome re the eventual disposition of Alderon.....
