Maybe this is a bit off topic, but I just wanted to comment on my trading / investing mistakes that I make on a consistent basis and am trying to eradicate. Problem is bad behaviours are tough to change. I am curious if others share my trading problems.
My mistakes:

1. Seldom do I use stop loses, which i'm trying to change. Hence small loses turn into big ones.
2. I have a tendancy to invest/speculate in too many small cap companies. As we all know the
the failure rate off small comapnies is high.
