Azure Dynamics Corp AZDDQ

Azure Dynamics Corporation (Azure) is engaged in the development and sale of electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) systems and components. HEV systems include an electric motor, an energy storage system (batteries or ultracapacitors), and an additional power source, such as an internal combustion engine/generator. An EV does not include the additional power source and only includes an electric motor and an energy storage system. It has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Azure Dynamics Inc., Azure Dynamics Incorporated, Azure Dynamics Corporation of America and Azure Dynamics Limited. Azure has developed electric and hybrid electric drive technologies for the light to heavy duty commercial vehicle category (the Technology). Azure has developed three primary product groups, which include full hybrid electric; mild hybrid electric; and pure electric solutions. Target markets include hybrid electric delivery vans and shuttle buses, as well as electric drive applications.

RE: has anyone tried to call Azure?

RE: has anyone tried to call Azure?Same old same old from Glaser, these guys are going to twitter away all the advantage they had being one of the first to advance this technology. Sitting back, thinking they could just take their sweet time getting to market they have now lost any advantage they had and now still sitting with little revenue and spouting the same old line they have for past two years. Until thy get to market in a significant way and show positive revenue I suspect the share price to languish or decline. I am not sure where Glaser thinks the $1.30 to $3.00 share price is going to come from given their current progress in moving ahead with virtually none of their revenue plans. As was said by another poster recently, the Rothschild thing is getting real old, real fast and before you know it, the cash burn will be complete and we can expect them to go to marlet again to further dilute a dwindling asset. They don't seem to comprehend the urgency of getting on with it and complacency has set in. Maybe a shake up in the top management might be an option as these guys don't seem to be getting her done.
