Azure Dynamics Corp AZDDQ

Azure Dynamics Corporation (Azure) is engaged in the development and sale of electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) systems and components. HEV systems include an electric motor, an energy storage system (batteries or ultracapacitors), and an additional power source, such as an internal combustion engine/generator. An EV does not include the additional power source and only includes an electric motor and an energy storage system. It has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Azure Dynamics Inc., Azure Dynamics Incorporated, Azure Dynamics Corporation of America and Azure Dynamics Limited. Azure has developed electric and hybrid electric drive technologies for the light to heavy duty commercial vehicle category (the Technology). Azure has developed three primary product groups, which include full hybrid electric; mild hybrid electric; and pure electric solutions. Target markets include hybrid electric delivery vans and shuttle buses, as well as electric drive applications.

RE: More Jobs at Azure

RE: More Jobs at AzureVery good question. If it is new hires that could reasonably be expected to be good news. If it is replacements, that can be considered very bad news. Means, possibly, that they are loosing good people to other companies and having tough time replacing with quality employees. If this is the case, the reason for others leaving is key. If they are leaving because they saee little hope of success in the company's future, then that is terrbly bad news. Let's hope it is the formwer at that it is new employees. I spoke to Mr. Glaser the other day as I was very concerned about the dive in share price and that while he was genwerally positive and confirmed that the dive was not the result of any change in the company business, he did indicate that they have challenges getting customers to move past the toe in the water, early adoption stage to full adoption. Feels it will be just a matter of time. As a previous poster pointed out, he has again purchasd more shares so he is putting his money where his mouth is. I would like to take that as positive sign but it is difficult wathcing this thing continue to hit all time lows.
