So with WM trading at .50 we will get equivalant of .355 at .60 we will get .426 so not much but like the last post Bar would be at .18 cents now if not for this proposed buyout

whoever doesn't vote YES for this deal is insane. BAR would be in the teen's or single digits if they weren't tied to WM. To get .71 shares of so much upside and bigger fish buying WM next ...more

Fly is correct.......... Per JF at BAR The 0.71:1 ratio is the number of shares you will receive in WM if the merger vote is successful on May 7th so between now and then we will trade at around that ...more

buyout was never for "o.62".  That was the assessed value in comparison to WM's trading value for the last set number of weeks.  The actual deal is for 0.71 of a share of WM ...more

Well, I will most CERTAIN:Y vote my shares in favour. My goodness, without WM, BAR shares would now be 35 cents or less. Look how far WM has fallen. The 2 companies are pretty strongly linked together ...more

Voting no to the deal if wm shares are only worth .62. I would rather just keep bar shares. Just saying.

Correct;....so if WM is a buck then the value of BAR is $0.71.......They stated weighted average as a point relative to the price at that time. They had to have a starting point.  Hopefully WM ...more

No one seems to know? Anyone who read the NR knows that there is no "62 locked in". 1 BAR = 0.71 WM There are no other correct versions.
