The desired effect in the reporting of the drill hole results is to make it appear that there is uniformity of gold over a much larger intersection than what was actually the case........ There was actually a very high grade 1.9 meter section within a surrounding mineralized setting which was uneconomic and would be considered waste rock under an actual mining scenario......... Balmoral did or ought to have known that this reporting style is problematic and is in general, routinely practiced by the junior sector to disseminate drill results that only the novice investor would find alluring........... Press release should have read Balmoral drill hole MDW-13-88 returns 108 grams per ton over 1.95 meters within an encapsulating anomalous low grade halo zone of .877 grams of 19.490 meters...........
