Don't exert yourself with the regulators. Reason: Look at how the OSC shat the bed when it came to T.CSI. And that deal raised millions and millions of dollars - all without a tech document. Deal now off the board and ZERO investigation. Nothing wrong with BAR...the usual amount of Looselipism, but other than that this deal looks like it could be a summer leader.
