A little perspective on his selling:

He had 3.27 mil shares before selling 234 thousand shares in January

He has a little over 3.0 mil shares remaining

He still has approx 93% of his shares remaining

I don't see any reason for concern here.............

(maybe he wanted to buy some WM......that's sarc)

I believe BAR is going to surprise a lot of people in the future (on the upside)
