RE:Wm deal for Bar is not worth it.You have every right to vote no, but you better think of what your shares will be worth if the deal gets shot down. I can't even imagine what they would be worth right now if there was no deal in the first place. If there's no high grade under area 52 like there is in area 51, your low grade area 52 will be worthless without the combination of area 51. WM will have a large low grade in area 51 with high grade shoots regardless if they add the area 52 property. WM is also years ahead of BAR  in drilling the area. BAR commenced their area 52 drill program in July of 2019 and have 2 news releases since with very minimal grades and widths. I hold both but think it's a good deal for both sides. How about explaining your expectations for BAR if the vote is no?
