I can think of no valid reason BAR would not combine with WM.  Fact is, Balmoral would be crazy to lose the opportunity now presented to them.

Wallbridge clearly is in the driver's seat while Balmoral is riding shotgun.  Without WM, BAR could drop to single figures.

Were BAR to walk, my former rec to buy it would change to "buy WM" and run away from BAR.  But I don't think either WM or BAR would walk.  They are both stronger together.
