GraniteShares Gold Trust BAR

The investment seeks to reflect generally the performance of the price of gold. The Shares are intended to constitute a simple and costeffective means of making an investment similar to an investment in gold.

This is Just Noise

This is Just NoiseNothing has changed about UGE's future prospects. Investors run in herds, like lemmings, and most of my smallcaps are significantly down the last couple of weeks.

Rising interest rates may cause short-term weakness as the stock searches for a new equilibrium in the short term. Rates are still at multi-year lows, however, and even if they rise a couple of percentrage points over the next 2-3 years, UGE is still in a good situation. They can access project debt at favourable rates because their capital partners get some nice tax credits due to the ESG nature of their solar projects. They'll adjust just fine in a higher rate environment.

As news flow picks up again, and Nick addresses the rising interest rate environment specific to UGE, I expect this sell-off will be short lived.
