RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Proposed director Stephen Markscheid.Hey BCdude, yeah three new proposals for directors..Wendy Liu, global head of Zurich life insurance company who holds or beneficially holds 797 989 shares, Stephen Markscheid...my bad, he does have shares, 65 211 and Christopher Asimakis from Potentia Solar, who holds 0 shares...this is all in the information circular for the annual General and special meeting held on Sept 17th...I do agree with you about their secret sauce and it does make them special....their is a big appetite for lending on solar projects at favorable terms, they could acquire projects under the same mechanism they build under, project level debt, this requires little to no upfront cash and lenders love the predictability of solar assets rendering them low risk, lower interest loans..all speculative but Nick occasionally mentions aquisitions as a potential growth opportunity and to acquire at the same time they build out could be a great thing so long as there's no dilution which is possible in my opinion.
