Proposed director Stephen Markscheid.

This guy has his own website stevenmarkscheid.com..."concentrated in mergers and acquisitions"..."35 years of business involvement in Asia"... this guy is a specialist in Chinese business and cross border transactions amongst other things...I'm very excited to have this guy on the board and I'd be interested to know how it came about...we are on track for very big things...how is this only 50m market cap lol...

Definitely some reasons for excitement. At some point this stock is going to be re-rated, and all of the patience will pay off.

Forshure!...no question in my mind...I can't help but think, purely speculative....Why would the chairman of Still Waters Green Technology Limited be proposed as a board member?? As far as I know they don't hold any equity????....is this the first step of an aquisition or merger???....Still Waters is an asset manager specializing in the development and management of renewable energy and ...more

I really hope UGE is not acquired. So much upside here mid to long term, and being acquired at this point would limit that upside immensely. My two cents.

Hi Alleyesonme, It makes sense they could partner on larger projects, I suppose, but their secret sauce seems to be build-own-operate to create value along the entire chain. Seems counterproductive to buy existing projects at a premium with cash they don't have. By the way, I was looking on their website tonight and I can't find anything about Stephen Markscheid joining UGE's board ...more

Hey BCdude, yeah three new proposals for directors..Wendy Liu, global head of Zurich life insurance company who holds or beneficially holds 797 989 shares, Stephen Markscheid...my bad, he does have shares, 65 211 and Christopher Asimakis from Potentia Solar, who holds 0 shares...this is all in the information circular for the annual General and special meeting held on Sept 17th...I do agree with ...more

Hi Alleyesonme, Thanks for the explanation and clariification. Will be interesting to see what UGE does going forward. I for one am looking forward to seeing them bring some of their bigger projects through the development pipeline and have them start operating. Cheers, BCD
