My take on Financials

As somebody who has done tax work in the past (in Canada), this sounds like more of a categorization issue than anything. It also underlines why annual audits are important. I expect these mistakes were made as a result of the company shifting to their new business model, and thankfully it doesn't sound like it will have material effect on the pjoject economics going forward. Still, in the short term it will likely put more pressure on the share price.

These errors happened before Marissa took over as CFO, this highlights the importance of having an experienced CFO like her on the team moving forward. Good point about value dude. New York state is looking at additional reforms such as streamlining and simplifying interconnection, permitting, and allowing projects in one utility territory be sold in another. So many moving parts policy wise ...more

Will be interesting to see where this bottoms out. The update to financials combined with a sour market continues to drive it down.

This is where knowing the difference between short-term market sentiment and long-term fundamentals pays dividends. Quite literally. There are so many overvalued small- and microcap stocks on the market right now, and the market is correcting. Nevertheless, solid ones like UGE get caught up in the downdraft.

BCdude..so true. I am encountering that with a couple other small cap stocks that I hold.
