Just released. BBU share repurchase of 205,337 shares between $13.11- $14.96USD. Business value is worth at least $25.00 USD imo.

BBU is trading at an extreme discount to intrinsic value. Only so much you can buy under regular NCIB, but there are other ways to get around this. BN should take the whole thing private and put ...more

The only two thing I would add is that there is a high water share price on BIP for parent company to collect more than the  basic management fee i believe the share price has to go over $32.00, ...more

I agree—I never liked the hefty fee structure as well (20% performance fee + 1.25% annual fee paid back to BN). They say the stock is undervalued, but don't buy back any shares. Then again ...more
