Actually since jan 15th, AEE has traded in excess of 80 million shares, which would come close to 100% of the freetrading float, since no insider selling was reported.

I suspect the numbers you looked at do not include ATS , but if you look at Stockwatch you can find the real volume ( altho this doesnt include trading on dark pools).
