below is part of the news...as I understand this has to be voted by the share holders by June 30, 2013...it looks like I get .025 value for my AEE shares and on June 30th if all goes through I will receive a ratio of HUB shares for my AEE...my question if this all goes through and let's say if HUB shares on June 30 are worth $1.00/share my number of share exchange that is worked out today will

the 1 buck was just used as an example...we won't see anything happening till june 30...so let's say they go up to around where they were in the fall which was about 40 cents before june 30 then you will get more for your AEE selling then what you are getting today.
