Will there be another offer?

If Anatolia leases are worth more can a third party make a better offer?  Is there a break fee? If so perhaps this will flush out  the value of these leases

Fraction appears to be approx 10 cents on the dollar, for a company that has almost no debt based on Anatolias 2012 financials and to be paid for in exchange for shares by CUB that appear to be far more fully valued to its financials and  at considerably more than 10 cents on the dollar.  Kudos to CUB for doing this deal. Dont know Cub, doesnt matter. Cub would do well to simply Joint Venture all the blocks here, as there is money out there to do these kinds of deals. Why put up additional dollars when someone else will do it for you?
