so if this increases the value of the share swap in accordance of the agreement and it gets voted a go then I expect the existing AEE stock should go up to correspond to the agreement...I would think that some will want to increase their number of shares and will be willing to pay more then the .025 that is now per share.

what I'm asking that if KUB goes to .50 before the deal closes if it does close then our Aee share will be worth .50x0.106=.053.
