Cash in lieu received?

Out of curiosity, has anyone received a cash in lieu payment in their brokerage account for half shares arising from the recent 3 for 2 split? To date, nothing received from BMO. Cheers!

I don't think receiving cash in lieu of was an option.

You are right - it wasn't an option. For registered holders, the half share (if any) was to be rounded up. For beneficiary holders, they are dependent on brokerage firm. Can only assume that brokers absorbed the half shares earned on total client holdings. Part of their Xmas bonus! LOL!
