This stuff can be of interest, but a number of these flagged insider marker sells have been noted but they have not yet showed up on the real SEDI filings.  It is good to keep an eye on all of this but I feel like the marker reports must be taken with a large grain of salt and there can be many corrections after the fact.

Anyway, I would certainly like to know if Insiders are selling as I have built a large BFD position but these markers seem to be unreliable in many cases.

If you are an Insider at some point in time you would have an obligation to tell your broker who would flag your account for markers.  If you cease to be an Insider you would have to remember to let them know you are no longer an Insider.  Many do not remember or bother.  

If you look at the history of BFD, Jens had many different directors on and off the board over many years so who knows...........

Formal SEDI filings have a 5 day requirement so if we do not see it there it is not real.

Just saying as this is somewhat frustrating.........
