That is correct,FT shares have to be spent on the property or a property. However, BTR has lots of cash not all FT, and my comment is not as much about them taking us out as it is about, where are they going to spend that kind of money. I will need to do a bit of work here to see what their current treasury looks like, how much of it is FT, besides this financing. But at the end of the day, this being important they have scads of cash now, a property that really according to a lot of people in the “know” have difficulty thinking about them spending that much money on that property! If they continue to drill along the road ( the one on our property ) then perhaps OSK and BFD are missing something or
Is Ron staying on because he got done what OSK wanted, the delivery of BFD on the cheap…as I said, this does not smell right
Question then:
Why a booth at PDAC
Why pay $6500/month for a promoter
Why have a VP of Exploration
If your perserving capital....right?
