Still here. Looking for bottom.

I have dabbled in and out over the last year with a small amount here.  Any ideas on a technical or valuation  based bottom?  I personally am waiting for either a solid RSI over 50 or will make a purchase at my (very amateur) stab at a theoretical bottom of 2.99.  I am quite cautious with this one and it holds the smallest part of my portfolio.
I welcome your input.

In a free fall w the class action. Following closely. $3 bucks would be nice but maybe even $2.50 or $2 would be swsome
