BIG BIG MISTAKEI voted against it and expressed my concern over a rollback; it is suicide to ones future trading and never (at least to my knowledge) has a junior resource stock recovered its cap after one of these. The only use for a rollback is when accompanied with a pre-sold merger, amalgamation, financing and/or sale, none of which are occurring. It is as bad as a normal course issuer bid, which many entities were cautioned over in recent times, and when they did not heed the warnings, lost millions/billions of real value in the process. Never roll back or buy back shares in a declining or stagnant market, not my words, experts have said it for decades. SO, we just had our investment written down by 75%-90%, just wait. The new benchmark value for this company will be under $0.05 in a few short weeks. The only positive outcome is that a hostile takeover bid at $0.05 a share for say 51% of shares will only be north of $100,000, then maybe some real management will step in to take this company forward!
