The lack of presentation might actually be a good thing.

There was no website, and then it became a big issue on this board. Although they told me they don't watch the board they may have caught wind of the anger and decided to put the website back even though it was not finished.

As someone who has websites I saw no big changes in what they put up that would have taken more than about 30 minutes to change without having to take the site down.

In short maybe they are getting the message.
