The reason I posted it is the important mention of 4 million plus from an insider. I am not all that concerned about very hypothetical buyout offers down the road.

However, if playing the buyout game I am quite sure a buyout will be much higher than the 10-20% of the Richfield buyout prices that have floated on this board of late. The market isn't that bad and the price at the time of the Richfield buyout was only 1400+

When comparing make people should make sure to also add production, milling, and two mills which people keep leaving off in their comparisons.
