I understand your first point and agree with it. There is a lot to be said for diversification. That being said, the stock right now is priced at least 500% BELOW asset value. If some rains down cash fromt he heavens, would you not fall over yourself to pick it up?

 

The other point you make is good as well. This example though only illustrates risk or speculation. Those who are closer to the story know exactly what BGM has.
