RE: RE: danny Bigbab
Your support of defiance towards the scrutinization of the 43-101 report by Danny Deadlock seriously contracdicts the reasonable findings contained within the Northern Miner story. Any reasonable person would have recognized the large infered resource figures as having the capacity to be highly influential towards major market sentiment outcomes and this was clearly demonstrated by the markets reaction through the subsequent and immediate share price swings.
A) The geologist Frank hired had been an element of similiar circumstances over at Rubicon which was as well flagged by the exchanges. The repeat scenerio over at BGM is extremely concerning and represents a serious issue which could challenge Frank's underlying intent on the selection process which ended up placing Peter T. George and his firm Geoex within the resource calculation role.
B) Frank reporting infered results at levels such as those which would have reasonably constituted the warranting of amajor review of its obvious impact in the markets due to those resource figures being in BRE-X territory, should have been conducted without question.
C) It is absolutely Franks job question and scrutinize such elements and his "belief" in this matter does not constitute a material component in the matter. Frank being a veteran in the business place further resonsibility on his role as being one who would act reasonably to prevent such mayhem.
It would be wonderful to actually have such a reosurce in place but according to a wide ranging serious of concerning reporting dubiences being in place, that there exists the strong possbility that decsisions were made internally to allow such a report to be released without a reaonsable understanding of its potential impact to be in place before deployment. Deadlock, Cook and Quentien are not new to this business and their position on the matter is well above reasonable.
