It's realy easy. If the BCSC wants a stake in this then they need to take one. What a azze backwards orginazation. Here's what they do:

 

All 43-101's are signed off by a BCSC official BEFORE any orginazation can report a sentance from it. No short form, no nothing.

It's that full king easy. Instead, these deep sheets deal with the isse in the rear view mirror.
