What makes me conerned is that there should have been plenty of instituitions lined up to offer debt financing at much lower rates. Was this even shopped? I say lower rates in consideration that there are millions of oz in the ground that really derisk the loan. 20% is NOT a loan on one would consider derisked.

This is being handled as if this company is being run from a garage somewhere. I have 40k shares long at .99.
