Reply today I am replying on behalf of Mr. Frank Callaghan to your email of Dec 07, 2012 regarding certain actions being taken by Mr. Rex Harbour, and his intention to seek leave from the Supreme Court of British Columbia to call an annual and special meeting of the shareholders of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Callaghan certainly appreciates you and your group’s expression of support for current management as they deal with this issue. Following the imposition of the Cease Trade Order by the British Columbia Securities Commission on August 14, 2012, the Company received permission from the B.C. Registrar of Companies to postpone the calling of the AGM. It is not our intention to announce the re-scheduled date for the AGM until we have succeeded in having the CTO rescinded.
