What is worrisome is the lack of transparency within BGM. I don't know why they would wait this long to tell us that a material event such as the AGM has been postponed until further notice, with speculation that it won't happen until May of 2013.

It's sort like science fiction. There is time and then there is BGM time. Whatever the PR says add six months.

Russian Prime Minister Medvedev is now in hot water over comments he made last Friday after an interview when he thought the tape was no longer running. He complained that President Putin is always late (sometimes hours) for meetings and gets away with it.

Putin and Frank are probably related.
