Bigbab:

I do think it is possible that Snowden will take PG's work and make it more conservative resulting in a partial reduction in ounces.  I have been explicitly told that they have confirmed that their final report will contain a chart of ounces by assumptions.  Meaning that we will be able to see how many ounces we will have under different assumptions for cutoff grade and capping.  So there will be something for everyone, if you want to use aggressive capping and a high cutoff grade you will be able to see that number.  If you want to see what the ounces are with a low cutoff grade and no capping we can look at that for an upside top.

The lifting of the CTO BGM expects to take only a few days after submission of the 43-101.  Let us remember that the only thing being requested is a 43-101 prepared properly.  The BCSC isn't there to perform an audit of every detail.  The problem was that PG's first report was simply incomplete, he couldn't get it all done in the 45 day period.  So it may very well be a quick lifting this time.

There is a good reason to keep FC on as CEO and that is that I believe one of his strengths is in the area of negotiation.  I was favorably impressed at how cheaply he obtained both of the mills.  I think he can sell Cow Mountain for a great price.  That doesn't mean I think he can RUN Cow Mountain as a mine really well, but I don't think we'll ever get that far without being bought out.

I also wouldn't mind seeing Norman Anderson as CEO.  Ian Gordon, by the way, has been a force pushing for a change of the CEO already.  I think to change the CEO while the stock is halted would send the wrong message.  And if we move in that direction now, it lends credence to Rex Harbour's case, and that is the last thing we want to do.  Remember that FC has demonstrated a willingness to step down.  Jack Miller was brought on and FC stepped down.  Jack Miller didn't work out so FC stepped back in as CEO then Norm Anderson was brought on and apparently is working out as a board member.  So it appears that we are heading in the right direction management wise.

Cheers
