Bigbab:

It was Andrew Rees who is a Board of Director member who told me they will have the chart with various scenarios.  Consequently, Snowden believes this presentation method will be very difficult to attack since it will give any reader the opportunity to choose how aggressive or conservative they wish to be.  I believe this is a major reason why BGM expects the CTO to be lifted without too much delay.  It's hard to challenge a report which shows you a wide range of scenarios.  Calculating all of these different values may be causing some of the delay.

Without a doubt BGM has failed to meet many of it's time based goals over the past several years.  Not all of it is their fault though.  Maybe we should blame PG for what's happening here?  Maybe the BCSC, maybe Snowden is dragging their feet.  It's really hard to tell.  When BGM was waiting for the Bonanza Ledge permit the government didn't live up to the timelines which they gave to BGM.  In fact I don't know why BGM even needs to be CTO'd right now.  Let the market decide what the company is worth.  I blame the government for the delays.

Cheers
