Tell Rex - He is wasting his time and money.   He stands no chance of winning, trying to steal 70-90 million ounces of gold potential at bgm for peanuts.  Bgm does not need that much money.  You talk about rollbacks.  Rex's plan doubles the share count, and he will start paying his kids and have huge overheads, etc.
