RE: NR that should have happened That's it. That's all that's needed. The content is important for sure but not the most important piece. The most important role a NR plays at this point is professionalism and respect for the shareholders plight. It lets all those who have a vested interest know the company is working on it's behalf. Over the last 10 months, the actions of management call this into question.
I would not ask for an apology or would expect such though. You start getting into legal issues at the point.
