Short Squeeze on OTC

Short Squeeze on OTC

Assuming great numbers;

If the price only goes up on OTC will the brokers force the shorts to settle at any OTC price? The volume available will be very low and a squeeze would result. Or will they wait for the CTO on BGM to be pulled? Either way I won't be able to sell my shares for $100 because the OTC is not available to me. When the CTO clears, the OTC squeeze price will fall immediately to meet the rising BGM price.

There will then be a BGM squeeze, but nothing like the possible OTC squeeze.
