yaponski, only if you know what the BCSC concerns are can you know whether or not the job has been completed.

 

We know that a Final Draft of the 43-101 was completed, and that it was co-authored by 3 independent firms, Snowden being one.

 

Therefore, it seems that the 43-101 when completed and submitted would have been complete as to the liking of all 3 firms, yet the BCSC did not think so.

 

I agree with you that Snowden is more than capable, as are Peter George and Apex, as I believe all 3 firms have been involved in many completed and accepted 43-101 reports in the past.

 

So, the question remains, what does the BCSC see as being concerning in the report?  Why does the BCSC not allow for this information to be made public?

 

IMO, if BGM did not want the numbers released, they wouldn't have 3 indiependent firms trying to answer to the BCSC.   It's not just BGM's CEO, but also the Directors that are responsible in having a 43-101 released to the public once accepted.  JMO
